I stayed at this residence during a summer course, and my overall experience was negative. Upon arrival, I was shown where my room was located. As soon as I entered the hallway, I was struck by an unpleasant odor that persisted throughout my entire stay, which clearly indicated a lack of proper maintenance and cleaning in that area. The carpet was visibly dirty from the very first day.

When I entered my room, I found the bathroom in very poor condition: the toilet had not been cleaned, it was covered with dried urine, and it gave off a strong odor. The shower drain was clogged with hair, the walls were dirty, and both the mirror and the sink showed traces of grime. I even found a sponge left behind by the previous tenant. The desk had visible stains from dried liquids, and the carpet emitted the same foul smell as the hallway, which made staying in the room highly unpleasant.

The pillow was excessively soft and caused me neck discomfort. However, when I went to administration to buy laundry tokens, I also took the opportunity to request a new pillow. In that regard, they were very efficient: the same morning I already had a replacement in my room.

I did not request a room change because, as some fellow residents warned me, the procedure consisted of moving temporarily to another room while they cleaned the original one. In other words, you had to move twice: first to a provisional room and then back again to the original, which I found impractical—especially considering that the cleaning carried out was reportedly quite superficial, according to other residents.

The laundry area was also in poor condition. There was a considerable amount of dust, and when I opened the detergent and fabric softener drawers of the washing machines, I found sticky, dried, yellowish residue, along with stagnant water in the softener compartment.

I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this residence unless there is a significant improvement in the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities.

很棒的學院，並且附設很好的學生餐廳，有多樣底食物可以選擇，。生活機能良好，在腳踏車五分鐘以內就有很多家超市可以選擇，附近還有一個很棒的動物園，從湖邊就能看到很多動物還有老虎獅子等。
