During our trip to this region our Qashqai started making noises that were'nt normal and I suspected that a wheel bearing was starting to fail. Fortunately this Nissan garage was close to where we had our accommodation and one visit later the diagnosis was made....the left front wheel baring was giving away.......
But now the fun really starts because to our surprise..... we were able to come in for a repair that same day. That afternoon we rolled away again in complete silence and with a big relieved smile on our faces. The customer friendliness, willingness, speed and expertise of work that was shown here at this company is becoming very rare these days and I have only one word for these people....SUPER.... Another thing worth mentioning is that the invoice was also really super correct and cheap.
If I could, I would give this Nissan dealer ship / workshop 10 stars, but 5 is the max and so be it but they are more than deserved.
