Very difficult to work with. I thought it was a faily simple task, but It took 3 revisions and 2 months and several meetings and phone calls to get it right. He promised a process time of less than two weeks.

Reza does not do the calculations or drawings himself but sends this out of the house. He wanted extra money for redoing the drawings even though the initial drawings did not reflect reality or what we had discussed.

He ended up witholding the final revision before I had payed in full where the invoice was higher than the offered price and he added 500kr for "rykkergebyr" while we were i dialogue about getting the drawings right. This is not legal by Danish law. I was unsure that the drawings would even be right that time around so did not want to pay in full as mu bargaining power to get the correct product would have disappeared.

I think two things caused the confusion - He insisted on speaking Danish even though he is not a native speaker - this created a lot of confusion for him. And he has to relay information to others doing the work. This requires diligent quality assurance from Reza which i did no feel he managed to do.
